A new study shows that aerobic exercise improve nervous system control of the heart of young men. We all know that exercise is important and that exercise is good, but this new study shows that it can be specifically valuable to young people, whether they are overweight or not. It was shown through the study that, generally, aerobic training improves the hearts ability to speed up and slow down in response to demand. Although the study here only involved men, experts do not discount the health benefits of exercising for young women.
